The short answer is, “It depends.” How big the area is, how many gardens, trees, obstacles, all play a factor in the price. An average sized lot in town will cost anywhere from $40-$55, whereas a commercial property is much more variable. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Our full season maintenance packages consist of the following: spring and fall clean-up, spring and fall aeration and fertilizing, and weekly grass cutting and trimming services. Optional hedge/bush/tree trimming also available upon request.
There is a discount for paying the entire season up front, but that is completely optional. Otherwise, terms are net 30.
We accept cash, cheque, electronic transfers, and direct deposit. We regret that we do not accept credit/debit cards at this time.
For new residential customers, we do require the cost of the first service to be paid in full.
Certainly. Please be aware that overgrown lot clearing often costs double or triple the cost of a regular service.
Yes we do. We offer installing services for new builds, and also overseeding existing turf. We have had good results over the years installing grass by drilling the seed into a properly prepared soil base, so that is the only method we use. Therefore, we do not offer sod installation.
We offer non-toxic field line painting services for football, soccer, and rugby fields. We have also done track and field lines as well.
